  Locate your original register receipt or online order confirmation email to ensure a smooth processing of your refund to the original payment method.

  Visit a Location

  Bring your items and proof of purchase to the Guest Services desk at any Alsip Nursery retail location for an immediate inspection and processing.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be issued immediately for cash or credit transactions, while some electronic payments may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement.
